Existing Indian Democratic System is Sheerly a Fraud  
           NEW CONSTITUTION OF INDIA
     (Based on Human Rights in order to set-up a REAL/PRISTINE Democratic System in India.)

   2.             HIGH COURT OF ALLAHABAD ORDER DT. 16TH AUGUST 1991.
     (a) ……….. The sole respondent of this petition is the Union of India. In spite of time
           being granted  to   the counsel for the Union of India, no  counter affidavit has been
           filed.
      (b) .. ……. Neither the right to get an employment, nor the right to get food , nor the
           right to get clothing,  nor the right to get shelter has so far been recognized as a 
           fundamental right by the constitutions of this country.
      (c)  …….. However, we are not empowered to direct the State to given effect to the
            directive  principles as article 37 prohibits us from doing so.
      (d)  …….. We therefore , can not compel the respondent to provide means of
             livelihood or work to the petitioner.
      (e)     ………. We, therefore, can not issue a mandamus to the respondent not to
             punish the petitioner if the attempts to commit suicide.
       (f)      The  grievance made by petitioner , in our opinion, call for a political Solution.
       (h)     ………… The petitioner, therefore, will be well advised to seek his     
               remedy" ELSEWHERE”
